Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you by email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will also be provided, but these are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Today's Vibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring you receive your products in perfect condition. Please send an email to support@todaysvibe.co, or contact us here. Please include your order number, description of the damage, and any relevant photos. Once we receive this information, we'll guide you through the return and refund process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the issue is resolved.

Return Policy:

Return Period:

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when received by the customer.

Damaged Products:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to receive a full refund or exchange. Send us an email at support@todaysvibe.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

To Start a Return:

To start a return, you can contact us at support@todaysvibe.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if it is in accordance with our policy, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to swap your current item, please request a return and once your request has been approved, you may return the unwanted item and purchase your desired item.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
